Exchange & Return Policy

We have a 7 day Return/Exchange Policy, which is applicable only if the product if damaged or there are size issues:

- The product should be unused. It may be tried on/worn for fit and comfort, also ensuring that any smells aren’t transferred to the product (Example: natural body odour, body deodorant, perfume etc.)

- It should be unwashed along with price tags, brand tags, shoe-box and all original packaging must be present.

- Swimwear bottoms and lingerie are Final Sale for hygienic reasons.

- We have reverse pick up services subject to serviceability of the area location pin code.

- Please note the logistics service provider will make three pick up attempts will be made to collect the return parcel from customer. No additional pick up attempts will be made.

- Only non-discounted products are eligible for return/exchange.

- Ashna does not have refund policy. However, we would be happy to exchange your product or provide you with a store credit. The store credit value will be the same amount as that of the product you purchased. You can redeem this store credit on our website to shop.

What If I Receive A Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product?

We do perform “Quality Check” on all our shipping and packaging processes, but in unlikely circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order with pictures at customercare@ashnalive.com or call 09320404006 and we will take care of the rest.

How Do I Return An Item?
Call Customer Care (09320404006) and inform us about the return or exchange that needs to take place.
Identify with your Order Number
  • A reverse pick-up will be arranged by our courier partners depending upon your pin-code and only three pick up attempts will be made to collect the return parcel.
  • Once received, the return/exchange product goes through a quality check.
  • Ashna does not have refund policy. However, we would be happy to exchange your product or provide you with a credit coupon. The coupon value will be the same amount as that of the product you purchased. You can redeem this coupon on our website to shop.
  • Please allow 2-4 days for the processing of returns/exchanges.
My Area Is Not Serviceable For Return, How Do I Return My Order?

We strive to service all pin codes in India for forward and reverse delivery. But don’t worry, even if your pin code is not serviceable, you can still return the product by following the steps given below:

We will request you to self- ship this item. Please send us the following items in a sealed bag:

  • Product
  • Brand Labels and Tags
  • Price Tags/Shoe box
  • Please mention Order ID on your shipment.

Please courier the item to our Returns Address: Sew Perfect Fashions Pvt. Ltd., Building No -17AB, Office No - 120, Samhita International Complex, Near MTNL Office, Andheri Kurla Road, Mumbai, 400072 Mumbai MH, India.

Please ensure that the product is unused, unwashed. Notify us about the courier name and tracking number as soon as you have dispatched it. We want to keep an eye on it too!

Give us one business day after receiving the product, to perform a quality check, post that we will process your exchange/Return.

What If Returned Product Couldn’t Pass The Quality Check?

Ashna has an authority to re-send the product back to you if it doesn’t pass the quality check. Before sending product back to you, we will share the images with you showing the defect and will intimate you via email/Call.
